🛠 MCS Digital Round DTC Rebuilder

Part 1 — Fetch from MCS & Download Excel

Fetches live DTC data from mcs.polarisapplications.com and rebuilds the Indian Digital Round Excel tab from three platforms:

Session Cookie (paste your .AspNetCore.Cookies value)

How to get your cookie:
1. Log in to mcs.polarisapplications.com.
2. Press F12 → Application → Cookies → https://mcs.polarisapplications.com
3. Find .AspNetCore.Cookies and copy the Value.

Part 2 — Convert Excel → Customer JSON

Upload the Excel file from Part 1 (or any previously built Excel). This will simplify engineering descriptions to customer-friendly language, fill in blank translations using Claude, and output the JSON in the same format as IndianRoundDiagnosticsMessages.json. No Chinese. ~562 records processed via Claude API.
